Entitlements
Full Time Registration includes: All conference sessions; Conference papers; Morning and afternoon teas; Two luncheons; Conference Dinner; and Closing Cocktail Party.			One Day Registration includes: All conference sessions for day selected; Conference papers; Morning and afternoon tea and lunch; and Conference Dinner for Day 1 registrants; or Closing Cocktail Party for Day 2 registrants.
Conference Dinner - Wednesday 13 August 2008 Cost: Included for fulltime delegates and Day 1 registrants. Delegates' guests charged A$45. The 2008 Conference Dinner will be held at The University Club of WA. Closing Cocktail Party - Thursday 14 August 2008 Cost: Included for fulltime delegates and Day 2 registrants The Cocktail Party will be held after proceedings finish on day two to provide a final opportunity to interact with delegates and a relaxing conclusion to the Conference. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of registration will be required in writing to the Event Coordinator.  Cancellations made prior to 25 July 2008 incurred a penalty fee of $80.00. Refunds of fees after this time will only be made in exceptional circumstances.  Substitutions in lieu of cancellations will be accepted provided reasonable notice is given.
